Teething is process all of them have to go through, but they don't have to do it on their own. Here are the top 5 tips mummy and daddy can do to help ease the pain and discomfort our little one is feeling.

Rub and sooth your little one's gum but gently rubbing their gums with your finger. Just remember to watch your hand thoroughly!
2. Make milk lollies!
You can freeze breast or formula milk into ice-cream moulds and serve it to your little one! Make sure your little one is eating it under your supervision, and make sure not to give too much! Ice-creams are still cold treats that might give them a cold or cough if taken too much.
3. Frozen teether!
How about putting your little one's teething toys into the freezer to chill it a little? It will provide your LO a little pain relieve.
4. Teething toys!
Provide your LO with teething toys of different varying texture for them to explore!
